At last, updates!
More progress on the roof. The new headliner is nearly complete. I had to glass' this right inside the truck to get everything to fit just right. After it cured and was taken out, ALOT of sanding went on. This is the first test fit. You can also see the trim panel around the amps is in place.

I finally have bass!!
This is my new center console/sub enclosure. Mounted up front is an 8" OZ audio sub in a ported enclosure. Not easy finding .9 cubic feet up front in a small truck, so that whole console is the enclosure. Suprising output for an 8" sub. Tuned down at 34hz, it goes very low, audible output at 25hz. |

The center console has been covered, grill is not done yet thought. You can also catch a glimpse of the new radio mount. Port will be painted blue when the rest of the fiberglass is painted.

This is a really bad picture of the new radio cluster. I wanted to center a single DIN radio in a double DIN spot without trashing my factory bezel so I make a fiberglass mold of the factory one and popped out a new one that I could hack up. It came out really well, despite the picture, I'll try to get a better one soon. The factory vents were even installed as they came from Ford. The gray you see around the radio is a trim piece in primer, it'll be painted blue to highlight the radio. |

This is the bezel before the vents went back in. I made the radio opening big enough that a trim panel was needed to flush it, this way when I want to change HU (which I do) all I have to make is a new trim piece, not a whole new bezel.
